About Brian Gardner

Brian grew up in Magoebaskloof and matriculated from Stanford Lake College in 2002. He has been into outdoor sports ever since he can remember, getting his first mountain bike aged eight. His passion for adventure racing started through the Adventure Challenge for Schools in 2000, and has never looked back! Team Red Ants Adventure Racing was formed in 2003, and Brian has been a part of the team ever since, participating at both national and international adventure races over the years. When he’s not riding his bike, he is usually found with feet up, watching sport on TV.
